These terms govern your use of the online ordering platform operated by Malang & Company Inc., DBA Sushi Heeya ("we," "us"), to place orders, make reservations, or sign in. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Placing orders

• Orders placed through this site are sent directly to the restaurant's kitchen order board.
• Payment is collected in person at pickup, not online — no card or payment details are processed by this site.
• The restaurant may reject an order it's unable to fulfill (e.g., item unavailable, kitchen closed); in that case you will not be charged.
• Estimated wait times and pickup windows are approximate and may change based on kitchen volume.

Account and sign-in

• You may sign in with a phone number and a one-time SMS code, or with an email and password.
• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in information and access to your phone number secure.
• Loyalty points are tied to the phone number or account used to place an order, and are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the issuing restaurant's program.

Guest orders and loyalty points

• If you place an order without signing in, any points earned are held under the phone number you provide rather than credited to a specific account.
• If that phone number already belongs to a registered account, points from a guest order are not automatically added to it — you'll need to sign in to claim them, so that only the verified owner of a phone number can add to or access that account's points and details.
• Points held under a phone number that has never been verified by signing in expire if not claimed within 30 days of being earned. Points already credited to a verified account do not expire this way.

SMS messaging

By providing your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive order-related text messages (such as order confirmations and pickup notifications). Message frequency varies based on your order activity — typically 1-3 messages per order placed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of order-related texts at any time, or HELP for help.

If you sign in with a phone number, you will separately receive a one-time SMS verification code to confirm your identity. This is a single message sent only when you request a sign-in code, and is not part of the order-related messaging described above.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information, including phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reservations

Reservation requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the restaurant. A restaurant may decline or adjust a reservation request due to capacity.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including submitting false order or contact information, attempting to disrupt the ordering system, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

This platform facilitates ordering and communication between you and the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for the preparation, quality, and fulfillment of your order. We are not liable for losses arising from order delays, errors, or restaurant closures beyond our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
